Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped the next business day.

We ship within Malaysia only.

Al’ard Products ships via DHL, POS Laju, City-Link Express, or Sky Net worldwide express with delivery in 3 to 6 business days, depending on how far you are, so please consider this while estimating the arrival of your package.

For international orders kindly contact us for shipping prices.

Damaged Goods

If for some reason, your order arrived damaged, unusable or missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. Please keep them in the original packages contact or email us an image of the damaged products immediately without the need to know the cause of damage. You have seven days to claim from the date of arrival & we will substitute the damaged goods without any extra charges.

Incorrect Order

If you get a shipment from us with any mixed–up (i.e. wrong kind of olive oil, size, Product, etc.), please don’t hesitate to contact us or send us an email with an image of what you received & we will immediately give it attention and try to solve any issue. Al’Ard company never takes a final decision or replacement without your agreement and expect the same in return. you have to send a claim within seven days of your delivery; otherwise, you can’t
